Can't Log in?
BCC has a 90-day password change policy for students. If you suddenly can’t log into Moodle and haven’t changed your password in a while then it’s probably time to update your password.
How to update your BCC password:
Log into your BCC email on a full computer, not a smartphone or tablet, and in many cases you will be automatically prompted to update your password. If you are already logged in then it will not prompt you to update your password, you just need to log out then back into BCC email to begin the password change. In some cases it may not prompt you to update your password, if that happens follow these instructions to update your password in the Outlook settings. You might also be asked to validate your account and going forward everyone will need to use Multi-Factor Authentication to log back in or to log in on a device for the first time.
After changing your password please wait 5 minutes before logging into Moodle, MyBCC or other systems, it can take up to that long to fully sync.
