Password: the same as your BCC email password

Are you having issues with your password?

When you log in for the first time after July 22, 2022, you will need to reset your BCC password.

BCC has put in a place a multi-factor authentication (MFA) when logging into your BCC accounts (email, Self-Service, WebAdvisor, and Moodle). MFA is an extra security step so that when you log in, a linked device (phone) will call or text you with a code that you will enter to access your BCC account. You probably have experienced MFA already with other technology applications you use!
